I like the home made pasta with shrimp or fresh tuna, capers, green and black olives, garlic, tomatoes, touch of cream, one hot pepper (unless you know its there you may not notice) grated cheese a glass of white wine and good...crusty Italian bread from Nova'a Bakery to dip in the Extra Virgin olive oil. Eat inside or out!

	Leconte Lodge...near Gatlinburg - Overnight guests are very special people. Only way to reach the lodge is by hiking. There are 5 trails. Shortest/steepest Alum Cave Trail is 5 1/2 miles, or 4 hours. None of the trails can be considered a stroll. Occasionally encounter ice & snow as late as May or as early as October. Other trails: Rainbow Falls and Trillium Gap, each 6.5 miles, a hike of 5 hours; Bullhead at 7.2 miles is 5 hours; and Boulevard, 8 miles and about 5 1/2 hours. Park at the start of each trail.
