Casey is a NC native, growing up in Wilkesboro, NC. He moved to Charlotte after graduating college and began his mortgage career at the bottom with Wells Fargo. Soon after he took a position at Chase Manhattan Wholesale where he gained a wealth of experience that introduced him to the exciting career of Mortgage Consulting. Casey opened the Charlotte Office of Schmidt Mortgage in his apartment over 4 years ago and has been going strong ever since. Schmidt Mortgage is in a unique position in that all processing, underwriting, closing and funding are handled in our office. Because of this Casey has developed a large realtor following as well as many repeat borrowers and referral sources. He is a fair and honest person who keeps his word and makes sure that every borrower walks away knowing they got the best mortgage available for their personal situation.

Ronnie has been a mortgage banking officer since 1982. He is the Sales Manager and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) for Franklin American Mortgage company. This gives our “team” the unique ability to show you how to use your mortgage as part of your over all financial plan and as a wealth creation tool. He is past president of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders and currently the legislative chair. Franklin American offers standard/alternative mortgage products and in house processing/underwriting, for fast decisions and delivery of closings.
